While we will make reasonable efforts to maintain product quality, Four Fourteen Coffee Co. cannot guarantee the quality or temperature of food and beverages for orders that are picked up significantly later than the scheduled pickup time.

7. Food Allergies

Our menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients.

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary preferences when possible, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens due to shared preparation areas and equipment.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.

8. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

9. Refund Policy

At Four Fourteen Coffee Co., all food and beverage items are prepared fresh and made to order. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and preparation has begun.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability, equipment failure, or another circumstance that prevents us from completing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. While refunds are not provided for completed orders, we value our customers and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate resolution when warranted.

10. Gift Cards (If Applicable)

Gift cards are redeemable only at Four Fourteen Coffee Co. and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable.
