Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food and beverage products, Four Fourteen Coffee Co. does not accept returns on any items purchased through our website or in-store.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

All food and beverage items at Four Fourteen Coffee Co. are prepared fresh and made to order. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and preparation has begun.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability, equipment failure, or another circumstance that prevents us from completing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly after receiving it. While refunds are generally not available for completed orders, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate resolution when warranted.
